It's beginnng to look a lot like Christmas!

Well, things are finally slowing down a little around here. My Thirty-One deadline was this week and I feel like I can finally exhale! Now we can begin getting in the holiday mood! We are so excited about this Chirstmas. Brooks is liking this "Santa guy" who brings presents and loves looking at everyone's outdoor decor. This is such a wonderful time of year! We feel so blessed to have such an amazing little boy!

We always read a book before nap time and bedtime. Well, the last 2 weeks Brooks has been reading the toy ads and pointing out what he wants Santa to bring him. EVERYday I say, "Brooks, what story do you want to read today?" and his reply is, "My toy paper."

Here is a craft that we did together. It turned out pretty cute. He was excited about the "snow."

Yesterday, I went and got Lydia and we brought her to our house to play. We ate lunch, played, and then made Christmas tree cookies. Boy was it a MESS, but so much fun!

Lydia was very careful in painting her trees. Brooks just mixed all his colors together, slapped a little paint on there, and was ready to eat it!
