Pray for Brooks Monday!

Please pray for Brooks this weekend. He is having surgery on Monday. He has a hydrocele that we have been watching for about the last 6 months and it isn't going away. The doctor will go in and drain the fluid and stitch up the small opening so fluid can't pass. It is a pretty routine procedure, but is scary when they have to put your baby to sleep! However, I think we are more worried that Brooks can't eat anything all day Monday more than about the surgery. As soon as he wakes up in the morning he is doing the milk and eat sign so we are thinking up inventive ways to keep him busy ( and his mind off food) until we have to be at the hospital at 11:00am. It is outpatient surgery, so we should be back home late Monday afternoon. We will give an update then!
