Aden comes to play!

Yesterday Aden came over while his mommy went to the doctor. (Aden is getting a new baby brother in December!) After we ate breakfast we played, changed out of our PJs, and went outside for awhile. Brooks loves his friend Aden. He still prays for him when we say our prayers at night. He says, "Aden sick." We tell him, "No, God answered our prayers and Aden is well." Then he always says, "Aden sick."

Being such a close friend, Brooks decided to whip out the old photo album of his first year of life. I don't think Aden was as interested as Brooks would have liked. I didn't realize that boring friends with photos and home videos began so early!

Brooks is thinking, "I was a pretty cute baby, wasn't I?"

Brooks loves to play "ashes." That is what he calls "Ring Around the Roses." He always wants Aden to play with him.

Aden always goes over to this monkey bar when he comes over and lifts his feet like this. Yesterday Brooks kept trying to copy Aden's trick. Finally he figured it out and I go this great picture of the both of them performing. We sneaked over to the next door neighbor's trampoline to jump. This isn't the most interesting video, but it is cute. (I was experimenting with the movie option on our new digital camera.) (No, Brooks does not have toilet tissue in his pants, it is a bug wipe. We wipe him down and then stick it in his pants to ward off those pesky mosquitos!)
