35 weeks already!!??

It is hard to believe that I will be 35 weeks tomorrow! I went to the doctor yesterday and Braden looks great! Dr. Roberts did an ultrasound to see if he had turned and HE HAD! He is now head down! I was shocked! I knew when Brooks turned when I was pregnant with him, but I had not felt any earth shaking movements like that with Braden so I was convinced that he was still breech.... he is already tricking his ole' momma! Anyway, I about panicked when my doctor mentioned the words breech and c-section several weeks ago, but lately the idea really grew on me. I kinda liked the idea of going into an operating room and being rolled out 20 minutes later with a baby....instead of 26 hours of labor that I went through with Brooks!!!!!!!!!!! But, the good Lord knows best, so I guess I'll be having Braden the ole' fashion way.... with a WONDERFUL epidural of course! Dr. Roberts keeps telling me that Brooks "paved the way" and this delivery should be a lot easier.... she better be right!
After doing the ultrasound they think that Braden will be a "big boy." He looks to weigh about 6.5 pounds right now(and I have 5 weeks to go!) and almost all his measurements were above the 90%. My major concern is his HEAD because most of you know that is where I had all my problems with Brooks. I know that ultrasounds are just a good guess though so I am really not worried that he will be HUGE. I go back in 2 weeks and then every week after that. We are getting so excited and Brooks is asking EVERY day, "How much longer until Braden is born?" Jeff and I are thrilled, but a little nervous ..... the newborn stage was so hard, but I think knowing that this is my last will make me treasure all the nighttime feedings even more!
I have no ultrasound pics to show because Braden would not cooperate AGAIN. She could only get one decent shot and his cord was in his face so he looks REALLY weird. Please keep us in your prayers the next few weeks. We had so many little scares with Brooks when he was born that I am quite nervous this time around. (I don't think I have ever posted about Brooks' birth before so I will do that sometime soon.)

This is good positive thinking. Be strong. When the reality sets in it is much harder to think positively.
We wish you the very best. Try not to be so nervous. You do learn and remember from your first experience, but you also have to remember that THAT wasn't all that common. You will do great.
My two bits of L/D advice:
(1) Imagine pushing UP towards the ceiling. (Sounds crazy but it works great) I've told others and they swear by it.
(2) Stay two nights.
I said I would stay two nights with the second but I didn't. I was anxious to get home & worried about Aden. The moment I got home it was wonderful, but also became overwhelming all too fast. I know you will be blessed with many caring hands, so it will all work out.
