Last week we took Brooks to Jeff's great aunt and uncle's house where they have an awesome pool. Brooks had fun jumping in to us and eventually he went off the diving board 4 or 5 times! (Being a former swim instructor I was thrilled! We will get it on video next time.) So Tuesday after VBS we went to Target to buy our own pool. It wasn't nearly as nice as the other pool, but Brooks has had so much fun this week splashing around and "swimming." Yesterday, I got in with him too and we had a blast!

We took a break from swimming today to check on the garden. Brooks got to pick our first tomato! We are excited about all the produce (hopefully) we will soon have. We planted tomatoes, squash, carrots, cucumbers, corn, pumpkins, and cantaloupes.
Brooks decided to do some poolside reading today. (Sorry for the bad video. We have already sent our camera back to Sony once and it looks like it is messing up yet again!)
